About Us
The Sacramento Stingrays is one of twenty four teams in the Northern California Swim League (NCSL). We have been a recreational swim league on the south side of Sacramento for more than 50 years. Based on a philosophy of family and community, the team encourages swimmers of all ages and abilities; promotes a sound balance between academics and athletics; fosters team spirit and good sportsmanship; and provides a personalized approach to coaching. The Sacramento Stingrays strive to make swimming a fun experience for all its members.
